Even though breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I sometimes find myself skipping it either from lack of time or laziness. So, when I was looking for a quick and easy breakfast several people recommended various smoothies to me.
This recipe is one I appropriated from Martha Stewart (the original can be found here) and it is incredible. It’s super bananary (is that a word?) and gives a great protein boost to start your day well.
My version replaces the regular milk with vanilla almond milk and modifies the quantity of milk and yogurt to give a texture I personally prefer.

1. This is a simple one: put all of the ingredients into a blender – breaking the banana up into chunks – and combine. Serve right away to start your day right.
